Does Folio give mortgage, insurance or legal advice?
No. Folio is a marketplace that connects you with independent, licensed providers. It doesn't give regulated financial or legal advice itself. The advice comes from the licensed professional you engage.
Does it cost extra to use Folio's services?
Folio connects you with providers; you pay the provider for the work they do (e.g. a building report or valuation), as you would anywhere. There's no obligation to use any provider Folio suggests.
Folio connects you with vetted, independent providers and may receive a referral fee. Mortgage and insurance services are provided by licensed financial advisers. Folio does not provide financial advice.
